Kayaking Little Lake Sunapee, New Hampshire

Tuesday, September 22: Another Tuesday, another outing with ORFS (Outdoor Recreation for Seniors), hosted this week by a member who lives on this lake.

After eating our lunches together, as it grew windier and windier, I headed to southern New Hampshire to visit with a friend there, and go kayaking. It was too windy for boats to be tempting, so we sat and visited the evening away. The big excitement was that the electric company was called to let them know there was a helium balloon wrapped around a transformer; they sent a worker with a bucket truck out. He was also willing to get the kite out of the kite eating tree! The two and five year olds were very excited!!
