These are the same little flowers from a few posts ago – but taken in better light. I had no idea that they were this fuzzy! Again, they are only about 3/4 inch high, and a little over 1/4 inch across the flower.

Such a sweet little bloom. Their fuzziness would have engaged me for hours as a child. Does the plant set out berries after the blooms?

Yes, small red berries – a lot like this: https://kayak2016blog.wordpress.com/2020/11/07/kayaking-knapp-pond-i/ although from the distance I couldn’t tell for sure. Wintergreen looks similar.
